This book really moved me. It is a sincere look at the journey the author took after falling off a bike in Italy, all the way through to recovery. I had no idea how painful, difficult and frustrating recovering from a serious concussion could be. The impact on everyday life, the simple things we all take for granted - all of it was so well laid out in this book. The symptoms, consequences and most importantly the steps that can be taken to deal with all that was going on are described so well.
